These batteries will need to be thermally insulated. They are rated to work down to about -17° C (0° F). They are easily rechargeable and provide a 3.7V power supply. You can use a step-up power booster to power action cameras from a single 3.7V battery. 2 of these batteries will power an Arduino without any power boosting needed.
